RULES APPLY to the Computer & Technology Forum & Blog
These are list of rules you MUST FOLLOW at ALL TIME at any PCFORUM89 Service(Excluding Sub-Services)! If you do NOT follow the rules properly, disciplinary action will take place against you(Listed below). Rules are subjected to change WITHOUT notice!
1. Posting:
A. NO SPAMMING the forum, will lead to ether a warning or PERMANENT Ban!
B. Posts must be written in English. (If you are having a problem with english please use our CTF Dashboard's Translator, click here)
C. Do Not Start a Fight, or continue it.
D. Do Not Post anything Pornographic, nude, nor Violence!. No-racism! If you say Racist words! You have 5 Warnings before you become Banned!
E. Do Not spam to increase post count, will be warned/removed, by staff!
F. Advertising - Messages that clearly advertise a service or product are not allowed. This includes, but is not limited to: unsolicited commercial or personal web site advertisements; :For-Sale/For-Trade/For-Auction/Wanted: notices; "Make Money Fast" scams, chain letters, and pyramid schemes; or any referrer-ID based sites . . Users are not allowed to include their web site address in a signature.
G. If you are posting a download or posting with URL(link), YOU MUST give full details about it.
H. Do NOT post your Email for request or anything. Emails Will be trashed.
I. Do NOT Bump topics old topics from Less then 10 Days, Bump once 10 days is active, IF NEEDED~
J. You can Bump a Topic ONLY every 15 days via a button.
K. Do NOT link software downloads via website, this includes FORUMS that are piracy based, Link ONLY and DIRECTLY to the download, such as RapidShare or Mediafire
L. Do NOT CAP every text , as people may have trouble reading your post.
M. Please Click the Thank you Button instead of Posting "Thank You Messages"
N. Video Posting can ONLY be posted on the Following Forums/Areas, [The Lounge and its Sub Forums, OS Tips, Tricks and Tweak, Microsoft Corp/Apple/Linux/Other Computer Discussion forums and its sub forum].
All other areas you MUST link and code, chat box as well!

2. Downloads
A. NO SPAMMING! - Posting links to other sites for advertisement. Only Useful links related to the thread.
B. Make sure to Code every Download links, to prevent tracing of the forum.
Example:

C. Include FULL details about the software!
D. Do NOT offer downloads with nothing to just text with OUT the software, you will be warned!
E. Provide DIRECT Downloads, Not links via Text, URL redirects or Website!
F. No Phishing! PERMANENT Ban from forum!
G. Do NOT post downloads that come with viruses, trojans or unwanted files and programs, will be warned!
H. Do NOT post member-classed downloads in non-member threads this includes the Windows Downloads; thread.
I. Do Not post hacks or cracks in Guest download areas, will be moved!
J. Do NOT use Link Protectors for software downloads as its DISALLOWED!]
K. Do NOT post software with password if the download does NOT contain password you will be warned!
L. You MUST provide PROPER post titles before posting your downloads! Here's the Incorrect and correct way:

3. Staff/Member :
A. Respect staff/members just like you want respect from them
B. If you have a problem with a Moderator or admin, contact me or the other founder(s).
C. No engaging or other activities that is wrong!
D. NEVER disrespect admin or moderator.
E. Do NOT REQUEST to become an admin or Mod. Doing this will lead to a REAL Warning. We will announce when we need more staff.
F. Do NOT flame against anyone if it is related to gender or sexual orientation, you WILL be permanently banned!
G.
4. Profile Info!
A. You may NOT include your url to your site via sig/profile unless, you are a CTF partner!
B. Do Not provide BIG Images inside sig[Signature], will be removed by staff! Sig size for an image must NOT pass: 600x200, for ONE!! If you have an extra image it should NOT be bigger then the 600x200 Image!
C. Nothing Nude via Avatar or sig! Will be removed by staff
D, No Advertising, unless you are a Partner with CTF, and have proper permission by the Founder
PLEASE ALSO REMEMBER: If you want to post something, but it exist on the forum, DO NOT post it, such as a duplicate (Dupt) download, PLEASE do a Search on the forum before you do anything!
5. Chat Box
A. You are NOT allowed to request for help via CTFs Chat Box, if its computer and technology related, you MUST make a topic in the proper forum via CTF!
B. No advertising or spamming via chat box.
C. No offensive or nude images what so ever.
D. NO FIGHTING in the chat box, account will be suspended!
6. Other Rules
A. Do NOT flame against the forum, or PCFORUM89 Division, will be removed
B. During the Improvements 20xx project (Or Local Improvements), no flames against it.
C. Do NOT Spam Private Messaging (PM). If you are a victim of spam/junk PM at CTF, DO NOT, trash the PM, inform staff immediately. To assist you and investigate!
D. You are STRICTLY Prohibited from Mass PMing any Group at CTF for any reason, unless its a Staff Group, A few people, or a group of members you know, that is allowed.
E. No member shall ask or for or give out CTF's Rapidshare Account details. Asking will lead to a warning giving out details will lead to a ban.
7. Other PCFORUM89 SERVICES, Class Rules:
A. Do Not spam via Blog. IP is tracked and will be banned.
B. Do NOT request anything, based on Computer, software or anything. Use the Forum!
If this conduct is not followed properly, the following disciplinary action will be taken:
-You May be Suspended for about a Week or two, or permanently, depends on the Staffs view
-Your IP and User Name Will Be Banned
-Last option: Your ISP will be contacted!
