When Windows makes the partition, it tells me to shut down windows then restart. When i use the reset command on Parallels 2.2 it boots and tells me missing operating system. What can I do about it ?

No, I'm not putting on a hd, i'm putting it on a vm. I just want to know how to shut down windows after it makes the partiton, so then when it restarts, i'll be able to continue

WINDOWS
On your keyboard find and press "Prtsc - SysRq" . Once!
After that, open your Paint or image editing software. (Example: Microsoft Paint).
Then go to the "Edit" menu and press Paste (Or via Keyboard- "Ctrl" + "V")
Save your desktop, and upload to a Image hoster (Example Imageshack.us or Photobucket)
